When we learned that our toddler needed dental work, one of my friends highly recommended Mercer Children’s Dentistry. She told me that her daughters actually looked forward to going into the dentist. I just had to check it out for myself. Needless to say, it couldn’t have been a better recommendation. Even though, MCD is out of network with our insurance, we gladly participate with them! It is worth it!! The quality of care, attention, professionalism, and efficiency ripples through every player on their team. Whether it be during a phone call, on a voice message, while reviewing of insurance benefits, a greeting when first walking in, or having the procedures, explained and artfully executed by the dental staff—everyone treats my kids and us with care and concern. It’s fascinating to watch the synergy in which the dental team operates while working on my children. I also love that they speak to my children with such genuine kindness, but never use baby talk or talk down to them (or us!)The days of getting shamed as a parent at the dentist are over! We are so grateful we found this place. My son had a few cavities that needed to be filled, and Dr. Allen was absolutely wonderful. He talked to my son the entire time and made sure he was comfortable throughout the procedure. My son looks forward to going back to the dentist which is a huge plus! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Mercer Children’s Dentistry to any parent with young children.

10/10!! I am so thankful that we found the wonderful Dr. Kristy and her staff! My 4 year old needed his first filling and after a few failed attempts at other pediatric dental offices, Dr Kristy was willing to approach the procedure in a way that would make my son feel comfortable. While others said that is "not the norm" and unwilling to even think outside the box. Dr Kristy realizes that kids are not always going to be textbook cases and sometimes you need to pivot to meet the patient where they are at. This is an invaluable attitude to have in a doctor when dealing with pediatric patients. Now my son's teeth are taken care of and he loves going to the dentist! Also, the front desk staff are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet and they truly care about your child's health and wellbeing.

Dr. Allen and the entire team at Mercer Children’s Dentistry are absolutely fantastic! They made our visit so smooth and stress-free. My daughter was completely relaxed thanks to his incredible bedside manner! Thanks a bunch!

Dr. Kristy was kind and supportive. We have to have a lot of work done for my 7 year old. The time and care taken to explain and educate us about everything helped make a difference. The staff was so sweet and friendly - Ms. Angie, Ms. Lisa, & Ms. Rosanna. Thank you Mercer Dentistry for Children! We recommend 👌
